Anhedonia (diminished ability to experience pleasure) is a core symptom of depression, yet is rarely the focus of conventional treatments. We are developing a novel form of therapy to address this problem.

 In this project, we develop and test a program for older adults emphasizing very brief periods of exercise to promote long-term use.
