Building on my background in psychology, human development, and behavioral health, I offer several non-medical services to help clients achieve their wellness and performance goals. Not everyone needs, wants, or benefits from conventional medical interventions. And that's okay! Based my experience and training, I offer several evidence-based approaches to combating general life stress, building resiliency, and optimizing performance. These activities can also be helpful compliments to care that is already being received from qualified health professionals (e.g., physicians, therapists).
