About Me

I’m formally educated and trained as a psychologist and behavioral health scientist. My major passion in life is helping people live healthier, happier, and more productive lives.

Over my 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare, academic medicine, and psych
ological science, I have developed a knack for designing and implementing evidence-based  programs to enhance wellbeing and performance.

As a clinical researcher and primary care fellow at the Penn State College of Medicine, my work has concentrated on developing and testing behavioral interventions to improve stress/depression/anxiety, pain, and exercise behavior.
